29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:    a) On or about 4/21/2015, In front of 5231 Coye Road:  An employee was operating an International Boom truck by blocking both lanes of a roadway.  No signs or warnings were in use other than two small wooden saw horses that were placed in the roadway on either side of the truck, with an orange flag on each one.      Abatement certification is required for this item.

Employees were not provided with training in regards to items such as, but not limited to the procedures to follow in the event of electrical contact with power lines, hazards associated with simultaneously touching the equipment and ground, hazards of step potential, safe clearance distances from power lines, along with the avoidance of touching the load and or the equipment.          Abatement documentation is required for this item.
