29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: East side of commercial construction; On or about April 23, 2015, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet in height to unpaved ground level below while installing metal flashing materials from the unprotected edge of a rooftop without wearing fall protection nor were there any other measures of fall protection in place.
