29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately five stories while performing roofing work to a multifamily residential building. The SRM Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315157073, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Ashwood Park-4719 Sassafras Ln., Naperville, IL 60564.
