29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:    a)      Tarpon Paper Company:  On or about April 10th, 2015, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards by failing to ensure that a written Blood Borne Pathogen Plan to include an Exposure Control Plan was available and implemented to cover all employees with exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials through handling and sorting waste streams that had uncovered or non-safety needles in the waste stream.    b)      Tarpon Paper Company:  On or about April 16th, 2015, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards by failing to ensure that a written Blood Borne Pathogen Plan to include an Exposure Control Plan was available and implemented to cover all employees with exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials through handling and sorting waste streams that had uncovered or non-safety needles in the waste stream.    c)      Tarpon Paper Company:  On or about April 20th, 2015, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards by failing to ensure that a written Blood Borne Pathogen Plan to include an Exposure Control Plan was available and implemented to cover all employees with exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials through handling and sorting waste streams that had uncovered or non-safety needles in the waste stream.
