29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about April 21, 2015, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from and elevation exceeding 6 feet. GIL'S CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1000676, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 18, 2014 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 13566 DONCASTER, HORIZON CITY, TX 79928.
