29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On 4/2/15, at the job site located at 3608 Braselton Hwy, Dacula Georgia, employees were exposed to fall hazards from the second story level as they delivered drywall materials into a window on the second level. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On 4/2/15, at the job site located at 3608 Braselton Hwy, Dacula Georgia, employees were exposed to fall hazards from the second story level as they delivered drywall materials into a window on the second level. The employer has not implemented a Fall Protection Training plan for employees exposed to fall hazards. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
