29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device: On April 19, 2015, and at times prior thereto, in the north coil area employee's operated an overhead crane with a C-hook to move rolls of coiled steel roll without the coil being properly secured. Employee's were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards.
