29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a)  555 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, NJ.    Employees were exposed to penetrating eye trauma as eye protection was not used by employees while using the pneumatic nailers. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):    Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  555 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, NJ.    Employees were exposed to falls of 19 to 20 feet to the ground below from the 5:12 sloped steep roof as their fall protection equipment was not being utilized.                                                Violation observed on  04/18/2015.
