29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: The employer is failing to ensure that the areas in front of circuit breaker panel boxes are free from obstruction and able to be readily accessed. The panel box located on the South Wall was blocked by a large table. This impedes access to the box in an emergency situation in which the electricity would need to be turned off at the box.
