29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:    a) 31st Master Street, Philadelphia, PA, 3rd Floor - The stairwell floors and the middle floor area were not clean and free as practicable of lead accumulation.  Wipe samples for lead collected in these areas resulted with 876.7 micrograms and 2,796.0 micrograms respectively.  Condition noted on or about April 17, 2015.
