29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) Top of Building - On or about April 24, 2015, workers were putting down flooring onto floor joisting without wearing fall protection and wear exposed to a 23 feet 4 inches fall hazard onto the concrete sidewalk below.     (b) 2nd Floor, Upper Floor Joist - On or about April 24, 2015, workers were observed walking back and forth on uncovered floor joist and were exposed to a 10 feet fall hazard onto the wooden floor below.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
