29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Throughout jobsite - On or about and at times prior to April 16, 2015, the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for chemicals in that all of the elements of a Hazard Communication Program were not implemented to support the latest Global Harmonization Standards such as training employees on the latest symbol recognition and ensuring Safety Data Sheets were made readily accessible, exposing employees to potential chemical hazards.
