29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Piramal Critical Care - Fill Room - An employee, Fill Room Operator, wearing a half-face elastomeric respirator to protect from inhalation hazards of Sevoflurane, was not provided a medical evaluation prior to being fit tested or use of the respirator, on or about April 24, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
