29 CFR 1926.153(k)(1): Storage outside of buildings, for LPG containers awaiting use, shall be located from the nearest building or group of buildings, in accordance with Table F-3: a) Woodfield at Mount Olive - Sowers Drive, Mt. Olive, NJ: Employer stored twenty-one (21) 100-lb. propane tanks adjacent to the contractor trailers located on the site. Table F-3 required greater than 10 feet clearance from buildings for LPG storage between 501 to 6,000 lbs. Condition occurred on or about April 27, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.153(k)(2): LP-Gas containers were not in a suitably ventilated enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering: a) Woodfield at Mount Olive - Sowers Drive, Mt. Olive, NJ: Employer stored twenty-one (21) 100-lb. propane tanks adjacent to the contractor trailers located on the site without securing them. Tanks were stored in the upright position on an uneven surface, thus subject to damage or tampering by unauthorized personnel. Condition occurred on or about April 27, 2015.
