29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 133 Joseph St., Lovellette, NJ: On or about 4/27/2015, an employee of Ultimate Contracting LLC was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 30 feet while conducting carpentry work on the roof of a multi-story new construction residential structure. The employee was not protected by guardrails, safety nets, or a personal fall arrest system.
