29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. On April 29, 2015, at the dispensary area, corrosive chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide, were observed on the counter and sink surfaces exposing employees to hazardous chemicals.
