29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.      a) Dickman Dr. & Pershing Blvd., Lavallette, NJ: On or about April 27, 2015, the 1 FrameX Inc., the controlling employer for this jobsite had not initiated a program for a competent person to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition.  As such, sub-contractor employees were conducting roof sheathing activities without proper use of fall protection.  Additionally, workers were exposed to fall hazards while using plywood stacked on the forks of a rough terrain forklift, and workers were exposed to struck by hazards of the eye while using circular saws and pneumatic nail guns without eye protections.       NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
