29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Fork lift driver did not look in the direction of and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about April 24th, 2015 in the north materials yard an employee tying down a load on a semi-trailer sustained serious injuries after being struck by a Hyster Model H60FT fork lift in that the direction of travel was not kept in clear view.
