29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 23 April 2015, employees required to clean large steel tanks in building one, cellar one and cellar two, and in building two's fenced-in brewing area were exposed to corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to sodium hydroxide, nitric and phosphoric acid and the ability for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.
