29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about April 27, 2015 at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working from an aerial lift or basket approximately 40 feet from the ground below. The SOS ultimate plastering was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard aerial lift which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985484, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2014 , with respect to a workplace located at 244 Courtney Lake Circle, West Palm Beach, FL, 33401.
