29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: (a) Location - Rear Store Room On or about 4/24/15, stacked cardboard boxes containing stock of varying sizes, weights and heights, pieces of cardboard and broken wooden pallets, and plastic wrap and packing material were blocking aisles and causing tripping hazards. Big Lots, Inc., Store 1816 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 972590, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/22/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2191 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Big Lots Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 906749, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/18/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 501Montaulk Highway, West Babylon, NY 11404.
