29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On the roof of a residential home, east side, on or about April 27, 2015, an employee without fall protection was exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below, while installing siding from a residential roof with a pitch of 6:12.
