29 CFR 1910.29(a)(3)(iii): The supporting structure for the work level was not rigidly braced, using adequate cross bracing or diagonal bracing with rigid platforms at each work level.  On 4/28/15, in the warehouse area, a mobile ladder stand employees were using had a brace that had been unbolted and not reattached. 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge.  On 4/28/15, at the Atlanta warehouse, in the front warehouse area, the marked emergency exit door was locked with a dead bolt and pad lock and other marked emergency exits had engaged dead bolts on the doors. On 4/28/15, in the back warehouse area and in the freezer, the employer did not ensure light bulbs were replaced and lighting was adequate and employees would be able to see along the exit route in the event of an emergency.
