29 CFR 1926.54(d): Standard laser warning placards were not posted in areas in which lasers were used: a. On April 29, 2015, employees were operating a DeWALT DW079KI 18-Volt Cordless XRP Self-Leveling Interior Laser to set metal studs on the East wall of the new Child Development Center and the employer did not have any warning signs or placards in place while the laser was being operated.
