Lilac Disposal, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1904.32(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314353442, citation number 2, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/21/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 115 State Route 104, Ontario, NY.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a)  Lilac Disposal, Inc., Garage Area, on or about 4/29/2015:  Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to:  Motor Oil; Antifreeze Coolant; Diesel Fuel Additive and Diesel Fuel and were not provided with training that included an explanation of the new labels received on shipped containers and the new order of information on the safety data sheets.
