Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) Roof, Scott Evan's Service Garage located at 2280 Bankhead Highway, Carrollton, GA 30116: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 16-feet, 3-inches while applying a silicone roof coating on a 2/12 pitched metal roof with no fall protection system in place.
