29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) side of house, an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 9 inches while installing decking. The employee was standing on the deck without fall protection being used, on or about April 29, 2015. b) main entrance, an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 9 inches while installing trusses. The employee was standing on the block wall without fall protection being used, on or about April 29, 2015. c) garage, an employee was exposed to a fall of 10 feet 10 inches while installing gable blocking. The employee was standing on the block wall without fall protection being used, on or about April 29, 2015.
