29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) 341 E. Cumberland St Allentown, Pa. 18103, Facility, Stairs/Stairways Apt -- On or about April 29, 2015, employees used a ten riser stairway which was without a handrail to install ceramic tile to access the second level of the work site, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
