29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: On or about April 30, 2015, at the light test area, there were two compressed gas cylinders that were not secured. The two compressed gases were nitrogen and helium. Employee(s) exposed to the hazard of being struck by the cylinders. Also in the event of a fire the cylinders can become projectiles.

Employee(s) exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating chuck. c) On or about April 30, 2015, in the system department, the Carolina band saw was missing the sliding guard that covers the saw blade. Employee(s) exposed to the hazard of being cut by the band saw.
