29 CFR 1926.1060(b): The employer did not provide retraining as necessary so that each employee exposed to fall hazards maintained the understanding and knowledge acquired through initial training: a) 341 E. Cumberland St Allentown, Pa. 18103, Facility, Stairs/Stairways Apt -- On or about April 29, 2015, employees were installing drywall within a stairwell which did not have a handrail on along a ten riser stairway used to reach the second level.
