29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. This violation occurred on or about April 30, 2015, Contemporary Cabinets, Inc did not develop specific written procedures for equipment such as, but not limited to, the Biesse Windstore and the Biesse Akron 855 Edgebander for when employees are performing servicing and/or maintenance activities such as changing knives, changing saw blades, and greasing, exposing employees to the hazards of being caught in the machinery.
