29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i): The written program did not contain procedures for selecting respirators for use in the workplace: A) At the Yakima VA clinic, the employer's respiratory protection program did not contain specific information on what types of respirators were to be used or when employees needed to use them. The Veterans Administration was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 979755, citation 1 item 1 issued on July 10th, 2014, with respect to the Yakima Clinic.
