29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 965 East Avenue, Mantoloking NJ: Employees, not wearing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet to the ground surface below when performing floor joist installation and other related activities at and around unprotected edges of the top floor of an unfinished residential structure.  Condition observed on or about 04/27/15.     Scott M. Hodder Building Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315860528, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/04/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Worthington Avenue, Spring Lake NJ.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
