29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:   An employee receiving materials from a platform hoisted by a rough terrain forklift was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 40 feet.  The employee was climbing out of a window and onto the platform to bring materials into the building.  Fall protection was not being utilized by the employee.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
