Harleysville Maintenance shop: On or about April 29, 2015, where employees were exposed to the hazards of handling Dupont Chroma base paint, the employer did not have a material safety data sheets(MSDSs) for these paints on site. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. Harleysville Maintenance Shop - On or about April 28, 2015, employees are exposed chemicals such as copper and lead during a scrap pipe cutting operation and paint during vehicle painting tasks and the employer did not provide training on hazards of these operations.
