29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required:  (a)  At the time of inspection, the employer failed to provide eye protection to employees assigned to use the nail guns while performing residential roofing activities.  (b)  At the time of inspection, during residential roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided fall protection while tearing off and installing roofing material on a roof with a 5/12 slope and at a height of over 9 feet.   (c)  At the time of inspection, during roofing activities, the employer did not provide a training program and training to employees conducting roofing activities of fall hazards, the procedures, and techniques to be followed to minimize their fall hazard exposure.
