OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to electrical hazard of overhead power line: a) At Section 22, Block 33, located at Vermont Orange Farm in Punta Gorda, FL, a Strathmore 22 foot aluminum ladder was used by an employee while he was picking oranges. The ladder contacted the energized overhead power line resulting in his death, on or about 04/24/2015.
