29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): All industrial trucks in use shall meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks:   a) One Vine Street, Lansdale, PA, Worksite, Parking Lot - on or about April 6, 2015, an employees was riding the forks of a variable reach rough terrain forklift while steadying a metal cabinet.    Abatement Note:  Among other feasible means of abatement, the load could be secured by a cargo strap or other non-damaging methods of restraint.
