29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On the east side of the construction site, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a roof with 8:12 pitch.

29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Section 603(e) of American National Standard Institute, B56.1-1969 Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks, as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): When a truck was left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered, controls were not neutralized, power was not shut off, brakes were not set, and the key or connector plug was not removed: On the east side of the construction site, the employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working with a forklift unattended with the forks elevated installing roofing material on a commercial building.
