29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Location: 2 Dempsey Lane, Greenwich, CT 06831 Each employee, working in an aerial lift to apply conducting sealing operations (waterproofing), did not receive training in the safe use of aerial lifts (scaffolds) by a person qualified in the subject matter in order to recognize the hazards associated with aerial lifts (scaffolds) and the procedures to minimize and/or eliminate those hazards.
