29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about April 9, 2015, the employer, Midnight Roofing, did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while engaged in commercial roofing operations on a single-story, 5/12 pitched roof. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
