The circuit breaker panel had a missing knockout on each side and was missing a circuit breaker.  The panel was located in the building 1 electrical mechanical room at 6600 Washburn Way in Klamath Falls, OR.   (b) On April 28, 2015 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury from exposure to live parts due to a missing knockout on the top of the Trumbull Electric switch. The switch was located in the building 1 electrical mechanical room at 6600 Washburn Way in Klamath Falls, OR.
