29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: 1) On May 5, 2015, and at prior times, an electrical strip in the wood working shop had metal screws mounted through the body of the casing near internal electrical wiring. The mounting caused damage to the casing which could expose employees to electrical shocks and the metal screws could become energized.
