29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 455 Atwater Street Job Site - On or about 5-6-15 - Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of seven and a half feet while painting from a stair tower platform that had a 21 inch high guardrail system in use providing no fall protection to the employee.
