29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms that were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: The side of the building under construction, east: On or about May 05, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six feet to the ground below while working from an elevated Bobcat loader bucket to clean metal structural beams. The loader bucket was used as a scaffold platform and was not designed as a personnel lifting device.
