This violation was observed on or about May 5, 2015, at the job site where an employee was exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard when working from a platform being lifted by a fork lift without being protected from falling.     Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that each employee working on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level is protected from falling.

This violation was observed on or about May 5, 2015, at the job site near the where an employee was exposed to a 13 foot fall hazard when working from an elevated platform on the forks of a fork lift without the platform being firmly secured to the forks.      Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that all work platforms are firmly attached to the forks of forklifts.
