29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING: On May 5, 2015, employees were exposed to the hazard of falls from an elevation of approximately 11 feet to the concrete below, from a mobile scaffold without guardrails, while framing a window of the new construction building.
