29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING: On or about May 5, 2015, employees were exposed to a fall from heights of approximately 25 feet while in a man basket supported by Genie Rough Terrain Forklift that was not secured and attached to the forks.
