29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    a)  Roof - On or about 05/07/2015, workers were not provided with fall protection while exposed to 33 foot and 25 foot falls from a low-sloped roof while installing solar panels.     Solar Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315456442, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1313 Constitution Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20002;     Solar Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 609942, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 12th Street, NE, Washington, DC 20017;     Solar Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316227354, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/21/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 5114 41 Street, NW, Washington, DC 20015;     Solar Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 547438, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/2/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1316 Irving Street, NW, Washington, DC 20010.
