29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Wasilla Annex Garage bay adjacent and Main office loading ramp area; on or about 07 May 2015 and times prior thereto; two instances were noted where immediate access was blocked:  a. Wasilla Annex garage bay, the Uni-guard, emergency eyes wash station was blocked. A wheel barrow and traffic cones were placed in front impeding immediate access.   b. Main office loading ramp, the Uni-guard, emergency eyewash station was blocked. A table with a battery charging unit were placed in front of the station.  This condition exposed employees to eye trauma hazards.
